Please note that the Alaska State Archives has limited staff and may not be able to respond completely to your query for information, but should respond to this email within 1-2 days. Generally, staff will spend up to two hours on any given reference request; for additional assistance the client may wish to make plans to visit the Archives in person or contract with a private researcher to conduct substantive research. The Archives fee structure is referenced under 4 AAC 59.065 and charges $.10/page for self-service photocopying; and, $.10/page, plus $20/hour if Archives' staff do the photocopying.
