Records Transfer List (RTL)

Participants will be able to find and complete the current Records Transfer List form in order to be able to transfer inactive records to a records center.

• April 23, 2013 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
• July 23, 2013 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
• October 22, 2013 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Records Disposition

Participants will learn about the state's new policy regarding the disposition of records and be able to find and complete the current Records Disposition Authorization (RDA) form, if necessary.

• April 24, 2013 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
• July 24, 2013 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
• October 23, 2013 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Records Retention and Disposition Schedules (RRDS)

Participants will be able to find and interpret general records retention and disposition schedules e.g. the General Administrative Records Retention and Disposition Schedule (GARRDS) and their agency-specific records retention and disposition schedules.

• July 25, 2013 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
• October 24, 2013 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
